1. Institut Le Rosey

 


Also referred to as Le Rosey, is a boarding school situated near Rolle in Switzerland. It was established by Paul-Emilie Carnal in 1880 and is also known as the "School of Kings" for its royal and distinguished alumni. It is widely regarded as the most expensive school in the world  and charges annually $133,000. Some of school's former pupil have included the Shah of Iran, King Albert II of Belgium and Prince Rainier of Monaco.

2. Aiglon College


It is a private co-educational boarding school situated in Switzerland broadly modeled on British Boarding school lines. The College is a renowned , non-profit independent boarding school located high in the Swiss Alps, in the village of Chesiere-Villars. It is well know for its diverse international student population and It is believed that this school will challenged you like no other. The school was founded by John C. Corlette, in 1949 and it began with only six students that same year. The school charges $99,200 per year.


3. College Alpin International Beau Soleil

Also referred to as Rosenberg, is a private, international boarding school, located in St. Gallen, Switzerland. It consist of 260 boarders from over 40 countries, which are taught in small classroom and are given individual attention in study and career planning. It was founded in 1889, by Ulrich Schmidt. The school is said to provide a well-balanced personality and charges $83,600 annually.


5. Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz



It was founded in 1904, and is a Swiss international boarding school located in the upper part of the alpine village near St. Moritz , Switzerland. It comprises of 300 students , including 220 boarders coming for over 30 countries, such as Italy, Germany, and The U.S. The tuition fee per year is approximately $81,000.


6. St. Albans School

This independent college preparatory day and boarding school is situated in Washington D.C. It enrolls approximately 545 day students from the 4th to 12th grade. It was founded in 1909, by Harriet Lane Johnston and the school annually charges $54,151.


7. WoodSide Priory School

Also know as The Priory, it is an independent coeducational day and boarding school located in Portolla Valley, California in the United States. It was launched by Fr. Egon Javor, in 1957. It educates student from the 6th grade to 12th grade and also generally from the bay area. The tuition fee is approximately $53,925 per academic year.


8. Appleby College


It is an international independent school, located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It was founded in 1911, by John Guest. It educates student from the 7th grade to 12th grade and annually charges $53,911.


9. Salisbury School



It is a private college- preparatory boarding school located in Salisbury, Connecticut. It was founded in 1901. This school just admits boys from the 9th grade to 12th grade. 10. Purnell School
