10 Horrible Parents Who Went Too Far

Parenting is one of the hardest jobs in the world. If it isn't that right, then it is the child who suffers. But sometimes some parents can go too far and cause more harm than Good.

#10. James & Crystal Driggers

James and Crystal were arrested after they forced their 14 year old daughter to live in a tent in the woods after she ate a pop tart without their permission. They denied their daughter entrance into their home for 2 days and she was expected to remain away from the house for the rest of the week. All she had to survive was a tent, a whistle, a flashlight and a roll of toilet paper. and she had to meet someone at the home's fence during specific times of the day for food. Both parents were charged for neglect of a child.

#9. Chad & Joey Mudd

Chad and Joey Mudd were arrested after it was discovered that they were smoking pot with their 13 and 15 year old daughters. They even used pot as a reward tool for completed home works and chores. Chad even admitted to snorting cocaine with his daughters. Joey was charged with two counts of child abuse and released on a $5,000 bond. and couldn't have contact with her daughters. Chad faced six counts of child abuse and one count of cocaine possession.

#8. Johann Glenn Jorg & Kimery Lynn Jorg

Johann and Kimery went too far in trying to train their two adoptive daughters to be more loving and nurturing. Over the course of five years, the 13 and 11- year old girls were forced to run several hours a day, were spanked, denied food, forced to recite Bible verses and one was even forced to live nude in the backyard with only a bucket to use for the bathroom.

#7. Robyn Lewis

Robyn is the classic example of extreme overprotective parenting and helicopter parenting. When her two sons went to college after being home schooled by Robyn, She continued to monitor their collegiate lives by emailing them daily "To Do" list. Checking their bank balances, checking their personal and school email, and monitoring them hour by hour. Because her sons have been successful from this extremely close relationship, Robyn has decided to write a book about her parenting style in hopes that other parents will follow suit.

#6. Catherine Venusto

Catherine was a secretary with the North Western LeHigh School district.who had access to thousands of students grades using the superintendent's login information. There, Catherine would change her son and daughter's grades supposedly out of boredom. She changed her son's grade from 98 to 99 in one class.and change one of her daughter's failing grades to a medical exemption, Even after Catherine went on to work for QVC, she was still changing her children's grades until she was eventually caught.

#5. George & Nancie Barnes

George and Nancie were arrested after it was discovered that they were confining their adoptive children to the bathroom for months at a time as punishment. Meals were brought to the kids, and they were allowed to leave to go to school and sleep. One kid was even confined for three months. Safe to say that the Barnes were arrested and never allowed to adopt kids again.

#4. Joe & Nicole Naugler

Joe and Nicole are big believers in "free range parenting" over their 10 children. In 2015, they lost their children after it was discovered that they were living in 280 square foot makeshift shelter. with the free range parenting, the nauglers didn't send their children to school. and insisted that they will be learning about life from experience instead of sitting in a classroom. The Nauglers eventually got their children back but face other charges, for things such as disorderly conduct and threatening a neighbor with a knife.

#3. Lesley Ann Pruit Parks & Leonard Joseph Parks

Lesley and Joseph were arrested after they kicked their 9 and 11 year old children out of house after they failed to find the television remote. After the children failed to find the remote after 15 minutes, Leslie and Leonard put the kids outside and locked the door behind them. The kids were outside for 2 hours before police showed up and arrested the parents for child neglect.

#2. Robert Sanfilippo

Robert was angry when his 10 year old son was kicked out of the youth baseball team for poor performance by his coach, Josh Reardon. He decided that he would extract his revenge by starting his own baseball team that would even be better that Reardon's. Robert spent about $50,000 of his own money to recruit, buy supplies and uniforms and train the team that would beat the coach who rejected his son. Robert also took to harassing Reardon by texting threats saying things like he was going to kidnap Reardon's son. Unfortunately for Robert, the untraceable cell phone was traced and he was arrested.

#1. Aaron Stefanski & Jessica Clark

It's one thing to show your kids a good time and it's another to almost risks their lives. Aaron and Jessica were arrested after strapping four kids to the roof of their car after a liquor store run and drove down the street with Aaron's 6 year old daughter and 3 and 5 year old sons, and Jessica's 7 year old daughter. Onlookers called 911 and it was discovered that Aaron's blood alcohol content was at 0.17  more than double the normal limit.
